Customer Service Advisor role in Barcelona with comprehensive training and opportunities for professional growth and personal development. Salary range of 19,600 euros gross + bonus up to 2,280€ gross per year.

Requirements

• Handling contacts through different channels (phone, email, chat) and solving user queries and/or incidents
• Registering call details in call management systems to provide a response and resolution within the ANS
• Maintaining knowledge of the service and product, as well as specific client applications
• Ensuring ANS contractual maintenance
