As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for answering customer calls and resolving user demands while maintaining knowledge of service and product, and associated application skills for individual clients.
Requirements
- Bilingual level of Portuguese and an advanced level of Spanish and English
- Experience in customer service and query handling
- Comfortable using a computer and office tools, CRM
- Empathetic and eager to work and learn in a dynamic environment
- Responsible, agile, and perfectionist
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented, flexible, and proactive
