Job Description
The Associate, Technical Sales is responsible for generating new business and ensuring the growth of existing accounts within assigned territories by assessing customer needs, providing technical solutions, and fostering strong relationships to promote sales opportunities while resolving customer issues and delivering training.
Requirements
- Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations
- Provide technical expertise to support sales efforts
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations
- Identify and analyze customer needs
- Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products and services
- Conduct training sessions for clients
- Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and inquiries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective relationships
