We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Marrakech. As a Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in the success of our operations and be responsible for ensuring the performance of your team.

Requirements

• Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Manage operational indicators: performance, profitability, margin, turnover, absenteeism
• Produce and analyze activity reports for management
• Prepare and chair production committees; participate in client meetings
• Ensure the respect of processes and quality standards (client and internal)
• Lead a team of supervisors/senior supervisors: individual and collective objectives, performance monitoring and evaluation, career progression plan and skills development accompaniment
• Analyze performances, identify improvement levers, and implement corrective actions
• Manage production incidents and maintain a good social climate within teams
• Collaborate with Concentrix teams internationally on common projects
