Job Description
We're a global technology and services leader that powers the brands of the future. As a Content Moderator, you will make use of your skills, supporting our client's different areas of social media. And be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.
Requirements
- Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality
- Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
- Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
- Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
- Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
