Job Description

As a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal, you will support our client's different areas of social media and ensure client guidelines are followed. Requirements
- Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality
- Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
- Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
- Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
- Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
