Job Description
Customer Service Agent (German-speaking) - Banking Company. Experience the power of a game-changing career. Act as a point of contact for our banking company clients and provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face.
Requirements
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
- Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
