Customer Service Rep (Bilingual: French/English) position at Concentrix with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and technical support through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak French and English fluently
- 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and/or Call Centre experience)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based application)
