Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service / Tech Support Rep to join our team in Belleville, ON. The successful candidate will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels, delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support. Requirements
- Communicate, written and spoken, with callers in both English and French.
- Assist external users of the client's technical products or services.
- Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are technical in nature.
- Provide exceptional customer service to small businesses with their financial program.
- Cross or Base-Up Sales when appropriate.
