Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Dutch-speaking) to join our team in Barcelona. As a game-changer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. Requirements
- Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and advanced in English
- Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs
