Job Description
The Junior HR Business Partner is a strategic human resource professional dedicated to aligning the organization’s people strategy with its business goals, partnering with leadership to create policies and programs that drive organizational success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of HR, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Training or HR Business Partner and substantial experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Romanian, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional people management abilities with an empathic, approachable, and open personality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure in a virtual environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
