Job Description
We are looking for a customer service employee for our client, one of the world's largest financial services providers, who is passionate about hands-on experience! As a Customer Service Employee (m/w/d), you will handle customer inquiries and wishes and respond accordingly. You will communicate with customers through various channels to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Requirements
- German (C1) and English (B1) language skills
- Excellent communication and service-oriented approach
- Flexibility to cover service hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00)
- Ability to handle PCs and digital service offerings
- Fun with continuous development and change
- Experience in customer service (optional)
- Knowledge of the financial sector or banking (optional)
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (optional)
