We are looking for a communicative and friendly colleague who will respond to customer inquiries and help with problem solving. The job involves working online from home, supporting customers in Slovak, and working on an 8-hour shift schedule. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of PC and MS Office programs, ability to quickly recognize customer needs, effective time management, patience, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education with a maturity
• Good knowledge of PC and MS Office programs
• Ability to quickly recognize customer needs
• Effective time management, ability to determine priorities
• Patience and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Slovak language skills at the level of a native speaker
• English language skills at a communicative level in written and spoken form
