We are looking for a communicative and friendly colleague who will respond to customer inquiries and help with problem solving. The job involves working online from home, supporting customers in Slovak, and working on an 8-hour shift schedule. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of PC and MS Office programs, ability to quickly recognize customer needs, effective time management, patience, and excellent communication skills.
