Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment and deliver strong hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As a trusted talent advisor, the Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in strengthening candidate pipelines, improving hiring effectiveness, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality recruitment experience.
Requirements
- 3 plus years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume, sales, or fast-paced hiring environments
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with ATS, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum B2 English proficiency required
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing demands, and maintain confidentiality
