Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform

We're Concentrix, the intelligent transformation partner. We're seeking a qualified and experienced Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in evaluating and implementing performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE, along with comprehensive knowledge of customer-driven configuration and customization to align system functionality with client business objectives.

Requirements

• Evaluate and implement performance and stability enhancements within D365 CE.
• Customize and configure D365 CE to align with client business objectives.
• Engage in business and technical conversations and workshops with customers in fluent German and English.
• Design and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 Field Service components.
• Manage on-premises D365 CRM environments, including SQL, IIS, ADFS, and SharePoint.
• Migrate systems from on-premises to cloud.
• Develop and maintain solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Automate.
• Proactively engage with key technical stakeholders and business decision-makers.
• Deliver technical training and resolve complex issues with strong analytical skills.
• Stay updated on modern engineering practices and tools.
• Serve in customer-facing roles and cultivate strong, professional relationships.
