Job Description
The Specialist, Technical Sales - Bilingual will enable the sales process for a client's products and services in an assigned territory/client, managing relationships with channel partners and supporting a team to drive sales through channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of prior experience working in a customer service or sales capacity
- High-volume calling experience
- Passion for customer experience
- Willingness to learn new technology and data
- Problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to articulate the value and business process to a customer
- Experience coaching others or training delivery
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience using email, phone and video tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
