Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide competent and respectful evaluation, treatment, and supervision of patients with mobility, cognition, function, strength, and positioning difficulties. The role involves interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and contributing to a supportive team environment. CRI values are strongly encouraged in providing therapy to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
- Supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Communicate with physicians and healthcare team members.
- Participate in in-service training.
- Record treatment notes and complete daily billing.
- Report problems with department equipment.
- Maintain Confidentiality.
