Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide competent, courteous, and respectful care to patients, providing services in areas like mobility, cognition, strength, and positioning. The OT contributes to the development and maintenance of a competitive advantage for the company and works closely with physicians, family members, and facility staff. The role involves patient care, treatment planning, staff supervision, and training.
Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24-48 hours of physician’s orders.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan.
- Supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Record treatment notes and complete daily billing.
- Participate in in-service training programs.
- Provide discharge planning.
- Report any problems with department equipment.
- Comply with Occupational Therapy Licensure and Certification Standards.
