Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide competent, courteous, and respectful care to patients with mobility, cognition, function, strength, and positioning difficulties. The role involves developing treatment plans, supervising care, communicating with medical professionals, and contributing to continuous professional development through education and training. Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24-48 hours of physician’s orders.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
- Supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Communicate with physicians, clinical managers, and patients.
- Record treatment notes and complete daily billing.
- Instruct patient’s families in maintenance programs.
