Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to provide competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation and treatment of patients. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, supervising a patient care assistant, communicating with various healthcare professionals, and participating in continuing education. Requirements
- Evaluate patients within 24-48 hours of physician’s orders.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Record treatment notes and provide discharge summaries.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
