Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to treat patients with diverse mobility and cognitive needs in a supportive and dynamic environment. The OTA will work under the supervision of the OT and contribute to maintaining patient care, clinical staff training, and accurate documentation. They are part of a team that emphasizes professional growth and meaningful work.
Requirements
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
- Communicate with therapists, patients, and facility staff.
- Participate in in-service and clinical training.
- Record treatment notes and provide objective input.
- Recommend equipment to the OT.
- Report problems with department equipment.
