Job Description
Concept Rehab is seeking a Clinical Physical Therapist for a permanent position with a rapidly growing and fully-owned operation. The therapist is responsible for providing competent, courteous, and respectful evaluations and treatment to patients, developing treatment plans, and maintaining a professional documentation system. Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to treatment plan.
- Supervise LPTA.
- Communicate with physicians, staff and family.
