Requirements
- Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan.
- Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Record treatment notes, progress notes, and perform billing.
- Instruct patient’s families and/or facility staff.
- Participate in in-service training programs.
