Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation and treatment of patients with mobility, function, strength, and positioning difficulties. The therapist collaborates with families, physicians, and staff to deliver high-quality care and maintain a competitive advantage. The role involves patient education, team collaboration, and participation in ongoing training.

Requirements

• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
• Communicate with physicians and other health team members.
• Maintain clinical record documentation.
• Assist in in-service training programs.
• Advocate for patient care.
• Participate in plan of care meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Report any problems with equipment.
