Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Director to oversee and drive clinical excellence for our care teams in both Kentucky and Florida, transforming care for patients with complex needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
- Active medical licensure in Kentucky and eligibility for Florida licensure
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Active DEA and state-specific controlled substance registration
- Minimum 4 years post-residency clinical experience, with leadership and team management expertise
- Proven ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
- Experience working with health plans and health systems; managed care/value-based care experience preferred
- Expertise in caring for aging adults and patients with complex needs, especially in home-based setting
- Strong clinical analytical skills; adept with data analytics and healthcare software
