Job Description
Concierge Home Care is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a pay-per-visit compensation model. The OT will conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Ability to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Home health experience preferred but not required
