Job Description
The Labor Relations Manager is responsible for managing and directing the labor relations program of the Hospital, including negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, contract administration and interpretation, and guidance of related management activities. The position provides support to leaders and departments and serves as a contributor to development and maintenance of comprehensive Human Resources policies and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field
- Five years progressively responsible, professional experience in collective bargaining and labor relations activities, including two years of supervisory experience
- Experience must include leading contract administration, grievance processing, performance management and disciplinary activities
