Condé Nast is seeking a Director, Creator Strategy & Partnerships to lead the development and execution of VETTE's creator ecosystem, driving audience growth, content strategy, and commerce performance.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in digital media, creator partnerships, talent management, social/video strategy, or commerce-driven content environments
- Experience building and scaling creator or talent programs with measurable business impact
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of social platforms, creator monetization models, and audience growth strategies
- Experience using analytics to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation
- Experience managing teams and external partners
