Job Description
Condé Nast is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations to support the operational aspects of the Business & Legal Affairs department. The Manager, Legal Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic alignment of the global Business & Legal Affairs team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of legal operations experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Familiarity with outside counsel billing practices and legal department financial processes
- Experience with legal technology platforms (e-billing, matter management, document management, or similar systems) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across legal, finance, and operations teams
- Interest in legal operations, technology, and process improvement
