Job Description
We are looking for a Product Designer to take ownership of our user experience, eliminate design bottlenecks, and build AI-native, code-ready design processes. The ideal candidate has significant experience with managing complexity, working independently, and is motivated by hard problems.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- Design & Technical Hybrid with a strong grasp of user experience principles and some frontend skills in React
- Interaction Design & IA Skills to untangle dense, stateful workflows
- Visual & Systems Design Instincts with a keen eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy, and motion
- Cross-Functional Partner with the ability to operate as a true partner to engineering and product
- Bias for Action & Autonomy with the ability to spot design debt and fix it systematically
