Lead Product Designer

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the customer-facing product experience for homeowners navigating the complex renovation process. The role involves using AI tools to turn design ideas into working prototypes and building design systems that make our product feel cohesive and intentional.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• Meaningful time spent shipping code
• Comfort with modern frontend development (React, Next.js, or React Native)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted prototyping
• Systems thinking and surface-level craft
• Strong product instincts and comfort working across engineering, product, and design to solve complex problems
