Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and executing the company's hiring processes, managing recruiting pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will source and engage strong candidates, manage interview coordination, and partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent operations, or similar roles
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a high degree of ownership
- Comfort working closely with founders, hiring managers, and candidates
