Job Description
ConductorOne is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join their rapidly growing team. The FDE will embed with customers and product teams, designing and building integrations, automation, and custom workflows to make identity infrastructure reliable, secure, and easy to operate. This role involves solving complex sync issues, provisioning, and identity lifecycle problems, while mentoring and collaborating with both customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in identity management and a passion for building scalable, accessible systems.
Requirements
- Embed with customers and internal teams to design and deliver integrations.
- Split time between customer-facing problem solving, product engineering, and building production-grade software.
- Design, implement, test, and operate connectors, APIs, and provisioning flows.
- Diagnose and resolve sync, provisioning, and identity lifecycle issues.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor.
