Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior IT Systems Engineer who thrives on solving hard problems, has an insatiable curiosity about AI, and genuinely enjoys being the person everyone trusts to keep things running—and to make them better.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, infrastructure, or a related technical role, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Deep expertise managing macOS fleets at scale (Fleet, Jamf, Kandji, or similar MDM).
- Strong experience with identity and access management platforms (Okta, Azure AD/Entra, Google Workspace Admin).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Go, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar) and a track record of building internal tooling.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience administering and integrating a broad SaaS portfolio across an organization.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a bias for action—you don’t wait for someone else to fix it.
- Strong communication skills; able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLMs, or AI-powered IT operations (AIOps).
