Rotating Warehouse Supervisor (Distribution Center) - Chicago (Bilingual Spanish)

We are looking for a Rotating Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Chicago Headquarter Facility. The successful candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, people management, and financial management. The role involves ensuring safety and quality behaviors, managing warehouse budgets, and implementing strategies to reduce expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance regulation and inventory planning and supply chain management principles.
• Experience with financial management, including budgeting and cost-saving strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual in Spanish
