Production Supervisor

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse and distribution operations
• Proven experience leading multi-shift teams and managing full-site operations
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, AQL requirements, and inventory accuracy controls
• Demonstrated experience overseeing transportation logistics, dispatch, routing, and DOT/OSHA compliance
• Proficiency with ERP systems, reporting tools, and performance metrics
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work a 6-day work week with flexible availability based on operational needs
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
