Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and enjoys leading teams to win every day. This role is for someone who owns the production floor, a leader who can drive performance, solve problems quickly, and build a strong, motivated team that delivers safe, high-quality food on schedule.
Requirements
- Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Supervise and support production associates and team leads
- Ensure food products are prepared accurately and on time, including staging, changeovers, allergen controls, and sanitation
- Monitor department KPIs and production targets and take action to improve performance
- Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions
- Coach, train, and develop team members to build a strong, engaged workforce
- Support hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management
- Work cross-functionally with warehouse, quality, and operations teams
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect
