Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant II providing routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment, care plan, and as directed by the DNS or Charge Nurse.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 6-12 months of experience
- Current certificate as a Nursing Assistant Certified
- 1st Aid/CPR certification
- TB Test with negative result
- Basic knowledge of long-term care setting
- Ability to read, write, and understand English language
- Ability to relate clear and concise information concerning a resident's condition
- Ability to perform assigned duties independently and with supervision
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet
- Ability to work well as a member of the healthcare team
