Job Description
We are seeking a Cook Senior with experience in Long Term Care cooking. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to read, write, and understand the English language.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year Long Term Care cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of safe and proper food handling, storage, and disposal practices
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- Ability to obtain a Food Handlers card within 5 days of employment
- Ability to function independently and work a flexible schedule
- Ability to process diet changes and new diet orders as received from the Nursing department
