Medical Receptionist

Provide responsive, high-quality health care services as a Medical Receptionist at Lake Roosevelt Community Health Centers in Keller, WA. The position involves performing job duties in a professional manner, developing and maintaining job competence, and providing excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in RPMS software.
• Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
• A general understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial carriers, and general healthcare billing guidelines.
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and experience with health care databases and applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette.
