The organization provides strategic support to its member NGOs, delivering ongoing training for technical teams, developing evidence‑based methodologies, and coordinating integrated care programs such as youth autonomy and family protection networks. Confie also engages in policy advocacy within the national decentralized child‑protection system, conducts research and consultancy on child and family rights, and implements a quality assurance framework to elevate service delivery. By combining technical capacity building with systemic change initiatives, Confie uniquely strengthens community resilience and promotes the active participation of children and adolescents in their societies.
