High School Math Teacher (2026-27 SY)

The High School Math Teacher will provide support to the instructional process by serving as a teacher with specific responsibility for supervising students, developing lesson plans, and collaborating with other staff members.

Requirements

• Adapts classroom work for individualized learning plans
• Administers developmental testing programs and subject specific assessments
• Advises parents and/or legal guardians of student progress
• Collaborates with instructional staff and community resources
• Coordinates various activities and ensures equipment and materials availability
• Directs assistant teachers and student workers
• Instructs students to improve academic, interpersonal, and daily living skills
• Manages student behavior and monitors students in various educational environments
• Participates in meetings and prepares written materials to document student progress
• Reports incidents and responds to inquiries from various sources
