Job Description
The People Lead is responsible for designing and refining the organizational structure, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and developing performance evaluation frameworks. They will also lead the People Management & Development team and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, People Development, or similar roles
