Cleaner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cleaner to join our team at Conifer Realty. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of custodial or janitorial experience (apartment or facility cleaning a plus)
• Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and environmental hazards
• Good communication and customer-service skills to interact with residents, visitors, and team members
• Time-management skills and the ability to shift tasks as priorities change
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts
• OSHA or hazardous materials training a plus
