Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of custodial or janitorial experience (apartment or facility cleaning a plus).
- Knowledge of cleaning products, safety procedures, and environmental hazards.
- Good communication and customer-service skills to interact with residents, visitors, and team members.
- Time-management skills and the ability to shift tasks as priorities change.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.
- OSHA or hazardous materials training a plus, we’ll help you build your skills with ongoing safety training.
