Job Description
Conifer Realty is seeking a Community/Property Manager to lead their affordable housing community in Rexford, NY. The role involves managing a team, overseeing compliance, building relationships with community partners, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Requirements
- 1+ years of property management experience
- TCS or COS certification or 2 years of experience managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files
- strong leadership and mentorship skills
- ability to build trusted relationships with community partners
- precision and integrity in financial oversight and budgeting
