Job Description
Be the Heart of a Community at Conifer Realty, leading a team and fostering growth while providing affordable housing and serving families. A Community / Property Manager with 1+ years of experience and expertise in inspections and reporting is required.
Requirements
- Lead with heart and mentor a team
- Shape 'home' by applying expertise in inspections and reporting in affordable housing compliance
- Open doors by building trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners
- Balance with care by overseeing leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management
- Be present for people by guiding residents through move-ins, move-outs, and daily needs
