Job Description
Be the Heart of a Community as a Community / Property Manager at Conifer Realty, where you'll lead with heart, shape "home", open doors, and balance with care to create a culture where everyone feels valued. You'll oversee leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management with accuracy and integrity, and guide residents through move-ins, move-outs, and daily needs with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
- 1+ years of property management experience
- TCS or COS certification or at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a team
