Job Description
Conifer Realty seeks a Community / Property Manager for its Flemington, NJ location. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of property management experience and a passion for making a difference in people's lives. As a Community Manager, you'll lead a team, foster growth, and create a culture of value and compassion. You'll also oversee leasing, rent collection, and financial oversight, ensuring families remain securely housed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of property management experience
- TCS or COS certification or 2+ years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files
- Ability to lead a team, mentor, and create a culture of value and compassion
