Requirements
- 1+ years of property management experience
- TCS or COS certification or at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Compliance expertise in affordable housing
- Ability to build trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners
